Pennecon’s Heavy Civil Division is involved in site infrastructure developments, marine construction, bridge and overpass construction and hydro-electric developments, undertaking numerous projects at any given time. Major clients include federal and provincial governments, the mining industry, utility companies and private developers.

Pennecon's Concrete Division services primary markets in the St. John’s and surrounding area.  Precast operations manufacture just about anything in the Precast industry from paving stones and concrete blocks, to bridge girders and tilt-up buildings.

Pennecon’s Energy Division is the newest addition to the company.  The energy division was established to pursue opportunities related to the development of the offshore oil and gas industry in Eastern Canada. Its member companies are:
