Vice President, Strategy & Stakeholder Engagement

To maintain a strong market position and work with others to facilitate future work, Stephanie – the VP, Strategy & Stakeholder Engagement will play a key role in shaping and advancing GIP Atlantic’s strategic direction through active collaboration with internal Executives, VPs, and Senior Leaders.  This role will focus on identifying, documenting and evaluating strategic opportunities, developing business cases for Executive consideration, and fostering meaningful engagement with clients, partners, and other key stakeholders.  

Stephanie will contribute to high-level positioning efforts such as expressions of interest and strategic partnerships, and will participate in key discussions to ensure alignment between stakeholder needs and the company’s long-term goals.  This position also supports continuous improvement by engaging in strategic reviews and lessons learned to reinforce strengths and enhance future approaches, and will be a focal point for internal reporting on the status of GIP Atlantic’s opportunities and business activities.  Stephanie will also be responsible for ensuring brand consistency and message alignment across all GIP Atlantic business divisions and promoting a cohesive “One GIP” philosophy throughout the organization and to all external stakeholders.

Stephanie holds a Professional Engineering Technologist designation (P.Tech.), Business certification and graduated from Edinburgh’s Business School – Masters in Business Administration (MBA) program with distinction status.

She also sits on the Energy NL board of directors holding the position as Treasurer.
