Marine work:
- the construction of a new pipe piled wharf structure complete with a steel sheet pile retaining wall
- this structure was composed of precast cope wall panels and precast deck panels that were laminated with a cast in place deck topping slab
- the pier was equipped with new access ladders and steel pipe wheel guard
- vessel docking was made available through four 80-tonne pier mounted bollards, a 60-tonne land base bollard, and a 150-tonne combined land base bollard
- shoreline alignment was re-profiled with imported rock fill and protected with scour protection aggregate
Petroleum work:
- the installation of water distribution, sanitary and storm sewer servicing
- mechanical piping
- electrical service
- asphalt paving
- the construction of three prefabricated buildings
- the installation of a 40,000-liter coalescing oil/water separator and backflow prevention enclosures for both the new fire hydrants and the domestic water supply for ship vessels
- uplands infrastructure also required an oil boom deployment guide structure, a structural steel canopy structure and the installation of a supplied jib crane
