Project site mobilization began in January 2016 for planning and preparation of the 28-day turnaround schedule.
Project Highlights:
- Installation of piping, mechanical equipment, and insulation associated with various capital projects
- Heater-1101 partial coil replacement, refractory upgrades, and re-certification
- Tower-1101 partial tray replacement/upgrades, new nozzle installation and vessel re-certification
- Re-certification of heat exchangers, fin fans, towers, heaters
- Completion of numerous mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation related maintenance work orders
- Completion of project was ahead of schedule and within the approved budget
