Wayne Brushett

Wayne Brushett started his career as an Electrical Design Technologist at the Marystown Shipyard. Following this, Wayne was then sub-contracted to Kvaerner Rosenberg and Stavanger, Norway where he completed a Network LAN Design certification. On his return to Newfoundland, Wayne began a new position as Network Administrator with Friede Goldman Newfoundland Limited (formally Marystown Shipyard Limited) and held this position from 1993-1999. After working at Newdock (St. John’s Dockyard Ltd.) as a Network Administrator, in 2001 Wayne joined the Pennecon management team as Manager of Information Technology (IT). As Manager of IT, Wayne leads the Pennecon Information Systems department,  which is tasked with developing solutions to increase efficiency and effectiveness in support of Pennecon’s business goals and corporate values.
