Mike O’Reilly

Vice President, Health, Safety, Environment and Quality

As Vice President of Health, Safety, Environment and Quality (HSEQ), Mike works across all divisions to direct, develop and maintain a clear vision of our HSEQ goals and culture. Mike is focused on the growth of Pennecon as a leader in health, safety, environment, and quality in Canada’s construction industry. Previously, Mike worked as a Global Escalation Manager with Microsoft Corporation in the United States for over a decade. Mike graduated from Memorial University of Newfoundland in 1998 with a B.A., holds an IT diploma from the Information Technology Institute (ITI) of Halifax, a Master’s degree in Occupational Health and Safety from Columbia Southern University, a Certified Risk Manager Certificate from Dalhousie and has completed his MBA at the Sandermoen School of Business at the University of Fredericton.
