Geoff Wells, P.Eng

Vice President, Industrial

Geoff has over 25 years of experience in mechanical and electrical construction, industrial and maintenance services, steel fabrication, and instrumentation. Upon graduating from Memorial University of Newfoundland with a Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering in 1991, he went to work as a Project Engineer with M&M Engineering Limited, an industrial mechanical contractor and steel fabrication company, and the predecessor to Pennecon’s Construction/Fabrication Division. Over the course of his career, Geoff served in progressively responsible roles with M&M (Estimator, Project Manager, Senior Project Manager, and Vice President) before he became a shareholder and President/CEO of the company. Following Pennecon’s acquisition of M&M in 2010, Geoff joined our team as a shareholder and Vice President of our Construction/Fabrication Division. Geoff is Vice Chair of the Construction and Labour Relations Association and a member of the Association of Professional Engineers and Geoscientists of Newfoundland and Labrador.
