General Manager, Marine & Logistics

With over 20 years of business expertise, Scott has a strong professional background specializing in procurement, contract negotiation, financial analysis, and vendor relationship development. Graduating with a Bachelor of Commerce from Memorial University, Scott garnered large-scale project experience while working on the Hebron Project with Kiewit-Kvaerner Contractors as a Buyer/Material Expeditor. Scott joined the Pennecon Marine team in 2015 as a Logistics & Procurement Coordinator, and in 2018 he transitioned to the position of General Manager, Marine & Logistics, where he is responsible for the management and day to day operations of the Pennecon Marine Base and Grand Banks Warehouse.
