Lucas Evans

Vice President, Heavy Civil, Eastern Canada

In his role of Vice President, Heavy Civil, Eastern Canada, Lucas is responsible for pursuing and executing heavy civil projects throughout Eastern Canada. Lucas has over 13 years of experience and has been involved in many large-scale projects including the Muskrat Falls Hydroelectric Project, and CNRL’s Albian Sands and Jackpine Mines. Lucas is growth oriented and and has taken an active role in developing and maintaining strategic relationships with existing and future clients. Prior to joining Pennecon, Lucas was Mine Engineer with Vale at the Voisey Bay Nickel Mine and before that, was Project Engineer with North American Construction Group in Fort McMurray, Alberta. Lucas holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering at Memorial University of Newfoundland and is currently registered with PMI as a Project Management Professional (PMP).
