Chief Operating Officer (Construction)
Kevin joined Pennecon in 2006 as a Project Manager, overseeing construction projects in the province of Newfoundland and Labrador and across Canada. In 2014 he moved into the role of Engineering Manager and led the civil division’s engineering and estimating team, taking projects through the tendering stage and into contract negotiation and execution. As Chief Operating officer he continues to contribute to the company’s growth and success, with an increased focus on project selection, planning, and business development. Prior to joining Pennecon, Kevin was Project Engineer / Design Manager at SGE Acres / Hatch. Previously, he was Project Engineer with McNamara Construction Company, a division of Carillion Canada Inc., where he assumed field management roles on several large-scale construction projects. Kevin earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from Memorial University of Newfoundland in 1995.
