Ken Dale

Vice President – Business Development Industrial

Ken completed his studies in Naval Architecture Technology at the Marine Institute of Memorial University of NL in 1986. His career has spanned over +30 years, with specialization in the North American shipbuilding sector, the offshore oil & gas industry, and semi-submersible construction/refit projects.

Ken has extensive knowledge and experience in the fabrication of subsea manifolds and templates and has managed a variety of large scale fabrications, some of which include the Terra Nova Project, the White Rose Project, and the manufacturing and exporting of subsea components to the Gulf of Mexico.

Ken joined Pennecon in 1998 and since then has held a variety of senior positions in the areas of cost management, project controls, and contracts management. In 2018, Ken was promoted to the position of Fabrication Manager, where he currently oversees all fabrication work at the Pennecon Industrial division.
