Pennecon Heavy Civil Limited (PHCL) is pleased to announce their recent award of the Hebron Topsides – Pier and Quay Remediation Project located in Bull Arm, NL. PHCL is currently preparing for mobilization to site in late April of this year. The scope of the Pier and Quay Remediation includes thickening of existing pier deck with reinforced concrete, underwater grout injection, installation of tower foundations, site grading and construction of a concrete barge landing ramp supported by drilled piles socketed to bedrock.
PHCL is excited to provide our expertise and services to deliver a key element to the Hebron Project. Once remediation work is finished, the upgraded infrastructure will be used to complete the installation and integration of the Topside modules.
